What does the limited warranty cover?

For new garage door installations, we warranty our workmanship and labor. The door itself has a separate warranty covered by the manufacturer. For repairs, we cover any defects in new or rebuilt parts we have provided. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective garage door parts at no extra cost to you.

How long does the coverage last?

Your warranty begins on the purchase date shown on your invoice. For repairs, coverage lasts for the period indicated as long as you own the garage door. For new installations, our labor warranty matches the manufacturer’s door warranty. Remember, this warranty is non-transferable and ends once you sell your property.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This warranty does not cover:

• Work performed by anyone other than Titan Garage Doors NE
• Consequential or incidental damages
• Problems caused by abuse, misuse, or natural disasters
